I agree to abide by the terms & conditions set forth by the Hawai‘i Primary Care Association and Ko‘olau Ballrooms & Conference Center. Organizers reserve the right to prohibit, in part or whole, any exhibit or sponsorship that they deem to be inappropriate. The exhibitor or sponsor agrees not to display or disseminate material that, in the opinion of the organizers, is unsuitable. The organizers reserve the right to refuse any person admission to the event or have Hotel security remove any person from the event for cause. The State of Hawai‘i, Department of Taxation has granted the Hawai‘i Primary Care Association an exemption from the general excise tax (GET) on gross receipts that are related to its exempt purpose, provided that the primary purpose of the receipts is not to produce income. The exhibitor agrees that 1) the information to be provided is for educational purposes, and 2) it will not be taking orders for sales during this event.
